B.A. LL.B.

The B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme at T.S. Mishra Law School is a five-year integrated undergraduate course designed to blend a strong foundation in the liberal arts with comprehensive legal education. This programme equips students with interdisciplinary knowledge, critical thinking skills, and a deep understanding of the legal system, public policy, and constitutional governance.

Through a meticulously structured curriculum, students study subjects like Political Science, Sociology, History, and Economics alongside core areas of law including Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Contract Law, International Law, and Human Rights. The course emphasizes experiential learning, with regular moot court sessions, legal aid camps, internships, research projects, and court visits.

Graduates of this programme are well-prepared for diverse legal careers—as advocates, judicial officers, legal advisors, policy analysts, or researchers—and are also equipped to pursue higher studies in law and allied disciplines.


Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent system from any recognized Central/State Board in any stream with minimum aggregate marks of 45% or equivalent grade for GEN, 42% marks or equivalent grade for OBC and 40% marks or equivalent grade for SC/ST Category.

Upon successful completion of the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme, students will be able to:
