The B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme at T.S. Mishra Law School is a five-year integrated course designed to provide students with a dual specialization in business administration and legal studies. This programme is ideal for aspiring legal professionals who seek to build a career at the intersection of law, business, and governance.

Students study a combination of core subjects in business management—including Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Strategic Management—alongside comprehensive legal subjects such as Constitutional Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Intellectual Property Rights. The curriculum is enriched through internships, moot court participation, legal drafting exercises, and case analysis, offering students real-world legal-business exposure.

This integrated approach prepares graduates for diverse roles in corporate law firms, in-house legal departments, regulatory bodies, litigation, entrepreneurship, and higher studies in law or business. The programme nurtures leadership, ethical reasoning, analytical thinking, and professionalism—essential qualities for today’s legal and corporate sectors.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent system from any recognized Central/State Board in any stream with minimum aggregate marks of 45% or equivalent grade for GEN, 42% marks or equivalent grade for OBC and 40% marks or equivalent grade for SC/ST Category.
