T.S. Misra School of Medicine (Department of Community Medicine) organized a health camp at Panchayat Bhawan in Terhwa village

The TSM School of Medicine, Department of Community Medicine, organized a health camp at Panchayat Bhawan in Terhwa village yesterday, providing comprehensive medical care to the population under the Family Adoption Programme in line with NMC guidelines. The camp offered a variety of services free of cost, including General OPD for screening, specialist OPDs in Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology, and Ophthalmology, essential lab tests, and pharmacy assistance with essential drugs. Health awareness activities were also conducted.

Key participants included the Head of the Department of Community Medicine, Dr. Rajesh Kumar, and the Principal of Medicine, Dr. A.K. Srivastava. The dedicated team comprised faculty members from the Department of Community Medicine (3), Junior Residents (3), Interns (10), an MSW (1), a Lab Technician (1), and Attendants (2). Additional support came from faculty and junior residents from Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology & Obstetrics, and Ophthalmology. Six nurses and final-year nursing students also contributed to ensuring top-notch care and support.
