Fitness Center

Equipped with cutting-edge exercise equipment, our fitness center provides a dynamic space for strength training, cardio workouts, and group fitness classes led by certified instructors. Gym We have 2 dedicated campus gyms for boys and girls, offering a dynamic fitness experience, boasting cardio and strength training machines alongside a dedicated trainer for personalized training and guidance.

Group Fitness classes At our fitness centre, Students can also enjoy a variety of fitness classes including Zumba, aerobics and yoga, catering to diverse interests and abilities. With our holistic approach to fitness and wellness, students can achieve their health goals while fostering a balanced lifestyle throughout their academic journey. Fitness Challenges As part of our fitness initiative, we organise campus-wide fitness challenges and competitions to encourage students and residents to stay active and engage in healthy habits. Outdoor Recreation Spaces

Take advantage of our outdoor facilities, which includes sports fields such as football ground, cricket field, volleyball and basketball courts, badminton courts, jogging trails, and serene green spaces ideal for outdoor workouts, recreational activities, and leisurely strolls

Intramural Sports

Compete, collaborate, and connect with fellow students, faculty, and staff through our intramural sports leagues and tournaments, catering to a variety of interests and skill levels.

Wellness Workshops

Involve yourself in interactive workshops and seminars covering a wide range of topics related to physical and mental wellness, therapy and counselling programmes, nutrition consultation, stress management and support groups available to students. Indoor Recreation Areas

From Table tennis to chess and carrom, yoga and meditation sessions and relaxation zones, our indoor recreation areas offer a diverse range of activities to suit every preference and fitness level. The re-creation rooms also offer books, tv and many other indoor games for the students to pass their leisure time.
