Casualty direct no : 0522-2061122 l Casualty Medical officers and resident Doctors are available 24 hrs. all days. l Duty Doctors are available on call round the clock in all specialties. l Emergency Cases are attended promptly. l In serious cases, priority is given to treatment/ management than paper work like registration and medico-legal cases. The decision rests with the treating doctor. l Emergency operation theatre is maintained readily available on a regular basis to ensure that it is usable at all times.
24 x 7 AMBULANCE SERVICES l The hospital has a fleet of fully equipped ambulances. We have the latest ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) ambulance & BLS (Basic Life Support) for critical care transport. l A team of trained and dedicated medical professionals, Emergency Technicians, Nursing personnel and trained drivers are always ready to handle all eventualities round the clock. l The Ambulance service are available for transportation of patients to TSM Hospital and Medical College. This facility is available 24 hours a day, on all days.
OUT PATIENT DEPARTMENTS TSM offers OPD services such as consultation, day care treatment, investigation, referral, admission and post discharge follow up. l Timings for OPD consultation are from 9am - 4pm. l We provide OPD services not only for treatment but also for preventive and primitive services like, health checkup, Immunization, Physiotherapy and so on. l Every outpatient seeking treatment at the hospital is registered prior to the consultation. l A case sheet is prepared for recording history, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment being provided. l TSM also uses the latest software of HIS (Hospital Information System) to help track patient history and maintain patient’s medical records. With automation, all departments are inter connected. Faster information access improves quality of patient care.

PRIVATE WARDS: Our hospital offers spacious and comfortable private wards with multi-bed and even single bed options per room. Amenities such as wardrobe, television, sofa bed (for patient attendant), private bathroom etc. are available. l We have twin bed and single bed private wards which are located on 3rd floor. Our newly made private wards in DELUXE and SUPERIOR (Single and twin beds) are available on other floors.
