Shri Satish Chandra Misra, Senior Advocate and Former Advocate General of Uttar Pradesh was born on 9th November- 1952 at Kanpur. He comes of an eminent family. His Late father Justice T.S. Misra was Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court governor of Assam and Meghalaya and Lokayukta of Bihar. His mother Dr. Shakuntala Misra was a Homeopathic Doctor and Ayurvedacharya besides having remained as a teacher after obtaining Degree of M.A., BEd.

After graduating from Allahabad University and obtaining LL.B. degree with distinction from Kanpur University Shri S.C. Misra did Articleship of Chartered Accountant with B.C. Jain and Company at Kanpur during the period 1973-1976 and passed Intermediate of Chartered Accountancy. However, he gave up Chartered Accountancy Course mid-way and joined the legal profession in the year 1976 at Kanpur on Criminal Side. After a brief period he shifted to Lucknow in the year 1977 and started practicing law at the High Court, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow under the Juniorship of his real uncle Mr. K.N. Misra who later became judge of Allahabad High Court. His eldest brother Sri Vinod Chandra Misra is sitting judge of Allahabad High court.

He is an practicing advocate with more than 14 years of experience at Hon'ble High Court Allahabad Lucknow Bench and Supreme Court of India. Put in several years as a lawyer, his arguments and pleadings have been widely reported in various Judgements of the High Court and has served as rulings of the Court. He was appointed as Vice Chairman of the T S Misra Medical College, Lucknow and T S Misra Nursing, Paramedical and Pharmacy College since their inception, has been effectively managing their affairs, guiding their journey from the time when students joined in the first year to the present. He has also represented and protected the interests of the College in the High Court. He is also a trained thespian.

In addition to the above, he has been actively involved in the Social Sector especially relating to the welfare of the Downtrodden, Handicapped particularly the Blind Students for more than 18 years. Given his experience in the senior management of the various constituent colleges of the University. Since 2023 he is the Pro Chancellor of the T S Mishra University.

Dr Prashant Trivedi IAS(Retired) has over 30 years of experience as an officer of the IAS; in the domain of administration and policy, both in the State Government and the Government of India. A keen academician he graduated with a B. Tech Degree from IIT Delhi and later went on to acquire a Masters and Ph.D. Degree in Economics from Lucknow University. He also went on to complete a Master’s Degree from the Terry Sanford School of Public Policy, Duke University, USA. He has also attended short term courses in Cambridge University, UC Berkeley and is well aware of the global trends in teaching, research and development.

A strong believer in inter-disciplinary approach to education and skilling, he is committed to make the TSM University a place where students can learn, grow and develop their true potential.

Dr. (Brigadier) Desh Pal is an alumnus of KG medical university 1972 MBBS Batch. He joined Armed Forces Medical Service in 1978 and retired as Brigadier in 2013. He held various prestigious positions in AMC like senior advisor, Consultant, and professor. He commanded a modern military hospital and was instrumental in modernising the medical services. Prof Desh Pal acquired MS (ENT) degree from AFMC Pune and trained further in United Kingdom in Otology and Head & Neck Surgery and obtained DLO from Royal College of Surgeons in December 1994. After superannuation from Army he served in Andaman & Nicobar Institute of Medical Sciences, KS Super speciality Institute of Cancer, and TSM medical College, as Dean and CMS. Presently he is holding the coveted appointment of Pro Vice Chancellor at TS Mishra University, Lucknow

Dr. (Brig) Nikhilesh Kumar has 43 years of experience including 35 years in Armed Forces Medical Services and after superannuation from AFMS as Prof & HoD Pathology at MIMS, BBK and TS Misra Medical College & Hospital. He is alumni of RIMS, Ranchi and MD (Pathology) from AFMC, Pune. During tenure in Armed Forces Medical Services, he has held prestigious appointments like Consultant, Prof & Head ,Department of Laboratory Medicine & Transfusion Medicine at Command Hospital(Central Command ), Senior advisor and Medical Director. For his distinguished service at Military Hospital Pathankot, he was conferred prestigious Chief of Army staff commendation card in 2009.He has been PG guide, UG/PG examiner, paper setter, thesis evaluator and more than 45 publications to his credit.

He is lifetime member in many association i.e. APPI (Association of Physiologist and Pharmacologist of India), IPS (Indian Pharmacological Society), U.P. Diabetic Association. He has wide exposure in research, HR, Quality Assurance etc. He is a former Registrar of T.S. Misra Medical College & Hospital, Lucknow. He has been PG guide, UG/PG examiner, paper setter, thesis evaluator etc.
