LL.M. (Corporate and Cyber Law)

The One-Year LL.M. in Corporate and Cyber Law at T.S. Mishra Law School is a cuttingedge postgraduate programme designed to equip students with a deep and practical understanding of business law, corporate governance, and the evolving legal landscape of cyberspace. It is tailored for law graduates, professionals, and entrepreneurs aiming to navigate the complexities of modern commercial and digital environments.

This interdisciplinary programme covers critical areas such as Company Law, Securities Regulation, Mergers and Acquisitions, Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Crime, Data Protection Laws, E-Commerce Regulations, and Technology Law. Students engage in legal drafting, case studies, compliance exercises, and research projects to gain hands-on exposure.

The LL.M. prepares students for dynamic careers in corporate legal practice, law firms, regulatory bodies, tech companies, in-house legal departments, cyber forensics, policy think tanks, and academia. It also lays a strong foundation for further specialization or doctoral research in corporate or cyber law.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have completed a 3-year LL.B. degree or a 5-year integrated B.A. LL.B./BBA LL.B. degree from a recognized university/institution.
  • The qualifying degree must be obtained with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC or other reserved categories, as per university norms).
  • Admission shall be based on merit and/or performance in the entrance examination/interview conducted by the university (if applicable).
  • Final-year law students awaiting results may also apply, subject to submission of proof of eligibility at the time of admission.
